Recognising each child as an individual is central to the RPPS ethos. As a result, it is vital that we offer personalised provision to ensure each child reaches their potential. This may be done through differentiation in the classroom and identifying areas for development and target setting or by drawing upon the specialist provision offered by our Learning Support and Gifted & Talented departments.
